Job summary

Natera in California is seeking an experienced Lab Operations Leader to oversee production lab teams, ensure goals are met, and drive timely, high‑quality results across the organization.

You will lead continuous improvement, manage headcount, coordinate with OPS, Engineering, Stats and R&D, and ensure strict regulatory compliance while enabling seamless production and testing workflows.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Biological Sciences or related field.
• 6+ years in a clinical lab environment with molecular diagnostics knowledge; eligible for CAP NYSDOH supervision.
• Current California State CLS or CGMBS license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workflow to meet production goals and deadlines (TAT, SLA).
• Plan ahead to scale staff and equipment as needed.
• Gathers and monitors metrics on production deadlines, efficiency, scrap and error rates.
• Oversees lab operations and CAPA management to ensure quality.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to approved procedures.
