Slate is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the Northern California market. You will manage account relationships, secure incremental display space, and execute merchandising standards to maximize brand presence.

• 2+ years of sales experience (CPG or retail strongly preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Territory management or field sales experience is a plus
