Slate Milk is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the Southern California market. This role focuses on managing account relationships, expanding product visibility, and securing display space with retailers.

The ideal candidate thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships with store-level decision makers, and delivers strong merchandising execution while traveling the territory.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales experience (CPG or retail strongly preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Territory management or field sales experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage sales performance within the Southern California territory.
• Build and maintain strong retailer relationships.
• Sell in displays and secure incremental feature/display space.
• Execute merchandising standards to maximize brand presence.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to leadership.
• Travel throughout the territory (mileage reimbursement provided).
