Nivel Parts and Manufacturing is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to expand our Northeast dealer network and drive revenue growth across the region. This field-based role may be based in the Northeast or at our Jacksonville, FL office, with up to 50% travel.

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will own the territory, cultivate relationships with dealer principals and decision-makers, and convert opportunities into measurable sales growth.

Qualificações

• Experience in field sales, territory management, or business development in a dealership-driven or similar B2B environment.
• Hunter mentality with a passion for developing new business and winning competitive accounts.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Highly accountable, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a territory independently.
• Positive, competitive, coachable, and driven to achieve results.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% throughout the assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Territory & Dealer Growth: Own sales performance across the territory and grow revenue, margin, share of wallet, and product penetration within existing accounts.
• New Business Development: Prospect and develop new dealers, identify competitive conversion opportunities, and build a healthy pipeline of new business.
• Field Sales Execution: Conduct dealer visits focused on identifying customer needs, introducing new products and programs, overcoming objections, and closing business.
• Opportunity Management & Follow-Up: Maintain disciplined follow-up on dealer visits, quotes, product trials, and commitments; move opportunities from conversation to order with internal teams.
