Job summary

FullBloom is seeking a Regional Vice President for the Northeast, overseeing SESI operations across Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, financial oversight, and leadership development for a portfolio of 11 programs and a team of two to three Regional Directors.

The position is remote with residence in CT/MA/RI, travel up to 40%, and a base salary of $170,000–$200,000 with an annual bonus up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Experience leading public school districts or specialized education programs.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and manage multi-site education operations.
• Strong financial stewardship including budgeting and forecasting.
• Track record of district partnerships and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Northeast Region strategy, performance, and long-term success.
• Oversee $26M in annual revenue and ensure strong financial performance.
• Recruit and develop Regional Directors and future leaders.
• Build and sustain district partnerships and represent SESI in communities.
