Job summary

CollegeSpring, a national nonprofit, seeks a Regional Executive Director for the Northeast to lead fundraising, partnerships, and program delivery across the region. This remote leadership role reports to the CEO and guides a regional team to expand CollegeSpring's impact and ensure high-quality program outcomes for students.

The role emphasizes securing philanthropic and earned revenue, building district and nonprofit partnerships, and expanding into new markets while maintaining strong program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in education, nonprofit, public sector, or related field.
• Proven fundraising experience involving foundations, corporations, government, or major donors.

Responsibilities

• Fundraising & Regional Growth: Lead CollegeSpring's growth across the region by expanding partnerships, strengthening regional influence, and securing resources to serve more students.
• Regional Growth: Develop and execute growth strategies by identifying new school districts, nonprofits, higher education institutions, and funding opportunities.
• Business Development & Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with foundations, corporations, government agencies, major donors, and strategic partners to meet regional revenue goals.
• External Leadership: Represent CollegeSpring to build trusted relationships with education leaders, policymakers, funders, and community organizations.
• Regional Leadership & Partner Success: Lead the regional team to deliver exceptional partner experiences from planning to implementation.
