Job summary

Revision Skincare is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a team of Business Development Managers in the Northeast region. You will drive revenue growth, cultivate key accounts, and implement regional plans aligned with the national strategy.

The role requires strong B2B sales leadership, strategic account planning, and proficiency with CRM and forecasting tools. Willingness to travel regionally and nationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Business/Life Sciences preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive B2B sales experience in skincare, aesthetics, dermatology, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of direct field sales leadership, coaching, and development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growth plans.
• Experience building strategic account growth plans and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Development Managers to drive regional revenue growth.
• Execute regional plans aligned to national sales strategy and budgets.
• Coach, onboard, and evaluate BDMs; conduct field rides and performance reviews.
• Manage CRM, forecast accuracy, and pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial Ops, and Training teams on programs.
