A leading building materials firm is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand its distributor network and boost sales across the Northeastern U.S. With 5+ years of B2B sales experience, you will build relationships with distributors and achieve sales targets while traveling up to 75% regionally. This role offers a competitive salary of $110,000 - $120,000 per year alongside uncapped commission, profit sharing, health insurance, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in building materials or construction.
• Proven relationship-building skills and a track record in distributor environments.
• Ability to travel up to 75% regionally.
