Job summary

BraunAbility is seeking a Commercial Area Sales Manager for the Northeast Region. The role oversees all commercial product sales across 11 states, manages the commercial dealer network, and supports end customers.

Significant time in the field and overnight travel are required, with a home-office setup possible. Responsibilities include dealer support, sales forecasting in Salesforce, and tracking bids and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Combination of education and work experience equal to 4 years will be considered.
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years related work experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education/experience equal to 6 years will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dealers in handling end user issues.
• Collaborate with Commercial Dealer network Sales, Service and Administration to gather sales data and forecasts.
• Forecast upcoming bus & WAV bids within Salesforce and identify new business opportunities.
• Capture sales trends (ZEB, fleet changes, etc.) and field product issues with dealers and BAC.
• Manage warranty issues and policies with dealer personnel; identify and resolve parts questions.
• Work from a home office with travel as needed; coordinate with internal/external commercial teams.
• Understand sales workflow from quoting, build times, status reporting, shipping and invoicing.
