Job summary

DuPont Spectrum seeks a Regional Account Manager (RAM) to drive full sales responsibility for Med Device Division customers in the Mid-Atlantic/Southern United States. The RAM will promote precision extruded plastic and silicone solutions, injection molded components, balloons, laser processing, medical packaging and complex catheter assemblies to premier medical device brands.

The RAM focuses on profitable revenue growth, market share gains, and strong customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering or Science.
• 3–5 years of new business development or account management in the medical industry.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and self-discipline.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Self-starter with initiative and action orientation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce, and related tools.
• Strong business analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Upholds DuPont Healthcare Solutions vision and core values.
• Deliver year-over-year profitable organic growth for assigned accounts.
• Target and develop new accounts by identifying capabilities and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Generate and collaborate on cross-selling opportunities across the portfolio.
• Use Salesforce to enter and track opportunities from lead to opportunity; ensure prompt follow-up.
• Provide budgeting and forecasting for assigned accounts using internal data and market knowledge.
• Serve as the global customer focal point of communication while supporting site transfers.
• Conduct regular territory reviews for management and key metrics reporting.
• Support go-to-market strategy and maintain relationships with manufacturing sites during selling process.
• Negotiate and maintain active contracts with assigned accounts; ensure compliance by all parties.
• Identify potential new technologies and communicate needs to management.
• Attend trade shows to network and generate new business opportunities.
• Provide market and customer intelligence to SPG-DuPont management.
• Adhere to company safety standards.
