Job summary

DuPont™ Spectrum™ is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive growth with medical device and life science customers in the Mid-Atlantic/Southern region. You will manage strategic accounts, build long-term partnerships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to win new business and expand market share.

The RAM will leverage Salesforce for pipeline and forecasting, collaborate with engineering and supply chain, and lead pricing, contracts, and risk management to deliver customer value and

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or Science; 3–5 years in medical industry sales or account management.
• Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Salesforce and MS Office tools; ability to analyze data and forecast.

Responsibilities

• Upholds DuPont Healthcare Solutions vision and core values.
• Deliver year-over-year profitable organic growth for assigned accounts.
• Target and develop new accounts by identifying capabilities and building long-term relationships.
• Generate and collaborate on cross-selling opportunities across the portfolio.
• Use Salesforce to enter, track opportunities, and forecast accurately.
• Provide budgeting and forecasting for assigned accounts; support site transfers as needed.
• Lead and coordinate with manufacturing sites and other teams throughout selling process.
