Silvi Materials is seeking a Regional Cement Sales Manager for the Northeast Territory, based in Fairless Hills, PA. Drive cement product sales by building relationships with contractors, distributors, and key clients, while delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities include promoting cement products, managing leads, negotiating contracts, coordinating with logistics, and supporting market research to stay ahead of trends in construction materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction or building materials.
• Knowledge of cement products, concrete, construction materials, and related technical specs is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals effectively.
• Results-driven with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, especially in building materials.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers in construction and industrial sectors, including contractors, builders, and distributors.
• Promote and sell a range of cement products, aligning with customer needs and specs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Manage and track sales leads, opportunities, and pipelines to meet targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, needs, and pricing strategies.
• Provide technical support and product expertise for proper selection and application.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability.
• Monitor client projects and ensure timely delivery of cement orders.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations for timely fulfillment.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to promote products and brand presence.
• Provide feedback on market conditions and competitor activity.
