Job summary

Lumbermen’s is seeking a Sales Professional to educate and support customers across our building materials portfolio in Northeast Ohio. The role includes some overnight travel and a focus on market growth through strong relationships and tailored solutions.

You will travel to customer sites, present product benefits, and collaborate with vendors to exceed sales targets while upholding Lumbermen’s values and customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 2–4 years outside sales experience in lieu of education.
• Building materials industry experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Educate and support customers on our full-line building materials products.
• Travel regionally with some overnight stays.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through visits and events.
• Drive sales and provide exceptional service to meet customer needs.
• Analyze competitors to anticipate customer choices and respond effectively.
• Collaborate with vendors to reach mutual goals.
