Job summary

Lumbermen's is seeking a Sales Consultant to serve customers in the Northern Indiana market. You will be the face of Lumbermen's, building relationships and selling cabinets and installed countertops while traveling modestly.

Bachelor's degree in business and 2–4 years outside sales experience are preferred; residential cabinetry experience helps. We offer ESOP, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, a 401(k), and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
2–4 years outside sales experience.
Residential cabinetry experience preferred but not required.
Cabinet design and 2020 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow knowledge of our full line of specialty products.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
Actively selling from our product lines - with a focus on cabinets and installed countertops.
Calling on customers and offering exceptional customer/vendor support and timely problem resolution.
Executing the annual sales plan and analyzing competitors' strengths/weaknesses.
