HRConnects is seeking a Northeast Regional Sales Manager to lead growth in the Northeast lighting market across architectural and commercial segments. This field-based role requires a proactive leader who will drive strategy, expand market share, and build lasting relationships with distributors, contractors, and lighting designers.

• Sales experience in lighting, ideally LED or architectural/commercial.
• Ability to travel at least three weeks per month.
• Reside within Northeast territory.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a large multi-state territory independently.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, market share, and profitability across CT, DE, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT, VA, and WV.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with electrical distributors and key customers through regular visits and joint sales calls.
• Grow existing accounts by increasing product penetration and purchasing frequency; reactivate dormant accounts to turn them into thriving clients.
• Support, train, and evaluate independent sales agencies and representatives, ensuring they meet sales goals and product knowledge benchmarks.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer-facing sessions such as distributor counter days and training events.
• Travel a minimum of three weeks per month to stay connected with your team and customers throughout the region.
• Identify new opportunities and underserved markets, expanding our reach and driving continued growth.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to recommend product and strategic developments to management.
