Job summary

SAP SE seeks an IT Technology Services Senior Specialist in Newtown Square, PA for a hybrid role delivering technology and cloud service discussions. You will coordinate SAP delivery experts, own customer technical conversations, and help craft customer cloud roadmaps including security and integration.

Required are a bachelor’s (or higher) in CS/engineering/math with multiple years of SAP experience, including S/4HANA and cloud architectures. Travel up to 20% may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and four (4) years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Run regular cadence with stakeholders and manage expectations for service delivery.
• Analyze customer technical requirements and coordinate experts from GCO Delivery.
• Present private offering details, technical aspects, and engagement model to stakeholders.
• Own technical discussions and orchestrate SAP delivery experts as needed.
• Support cloud roadmaps covering Infrastructure, security, and integration.
