Job summary

SAP seeks a Client Delivery Manager for the US Northeast Region to lead Private Cloud engagements across enterprise customers. You will manage the full lifecycle from contract handover through renewal, driving adoption, and ensuring customers achieve the contracted business outcomes.

Qualifications

What you'll Bring

You have 6 or more years in SAP cloud operations, infrastructure, or customer delivery. You understand how enterprise technology decisions get made, and by whom. You translate complex technical realities into plain business language, for any audience. Your background in managing large contracts across international teams puts you ahead. You bring structured project management skills and know how to run governance well. You present with confidence to a CIO and work through technical detail with engineers. A bachelor's degree is required; project management certification is an advantage. Your SAP Basis/Technical knowledge and understanding of private cloud deployments and infrastructure give you real technical depth. You have solid de-escalation skills and stay composed when situations get difficult. A bachelor's degree is required; project management certification is an advantage. What you'll Build

You will own SAP Private Cloud engagements for enterprise customers across Northeast Market Unit. You will manage the full lifecycle, from contract handover through to renewal. You will lead adoption conversations and track contract compliance throughout. You will ensure customers achieve the business outcomes they contracted for. You will Safeguard revenue by proactively identifying risks related to entitlement leakage, When a customer faces a serious challenge, you step in first. You will run governance sessions and report regularly to senior business stakeholders. You will work with the account team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will drive renewal readiness and keep a clear view of customer satisfaction. You will prevent churn by showing measurable results. You will also help customers adopt the solutions faster. This ensures that they regularly see the benefits of their investment. Where applicable you will take accountability for C2C customers post of sale as a single engine orchestrator owning consumption tracking, risk mitigation and revenue safeguarding. You will help drive release version currency and ensure your customers transition to the latest release version thereby ensuring consumption of AI entitlements.
