Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Multi-Media Environmental Health & Safety Permitting & Compliance Project Manager to lead permitting and compliance projects across diverse industrial clients in the Northeast, with flexibility for NY and New England locations. You will oversee project life cycle from due diligence to decommissioning, ensuring regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong experience in EMS, EPA/state regulations, and field work readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading environmental compliance and permitting.
• Strong knowledge of EPA/state rules (CAA/CWA/EPCRA/RCRA).
• Willing to travel up to 20% for site work.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance and permitting projects for industrial clients.
• Provide regulatory analyses and auditing support.
• Develop EMS and maintain documentation.
• Lead client meetings and proposals.
• Ensure QA/QC of deliverables.
