Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Senior-Level EHS Compliance Engineer/Specialist to lead and manage multi-media EHS compliance projects for a diverse client base.

The role includes client relationship management, opportunity identification, and directing permitting and compliance work in accordance with state and federal regulations across industries. You’ll mentor team members, coordinate cross-functional project teams, and deliver high-quality project deliverables while

Qualifications

• Proven demonstration of applying engineering principles to evaluate equipment for permitting and compliance solutions.
• Able to develop proposals and manage scope, schedule, and budget for projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of air quality regulations, Title V, and PSD permitting under NSR is desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead projects and teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee preparation of project deliverables and proposals.
• Coordinate and direct teams on EHS permitting and compliance initiatives.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of deliverables.
• Develop and implement permitting and compliance strategies.
• Advise clients on monitoring, training, testing, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements.
• Mentor team members and support their professional development.
