Construction Implements Depot (CID) is seeking a Territory Manager for the Northeast to oversee sales, parts and service support for CID and Eterra dealers in NY, ME, VT, RI, CT, NH, MA from the Denton, NC base. The role emphasizes growing dealer networks, market analysis, and strategic planning to boost sales and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in related sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel extensively (75%).

Qualifications

• Requires associate degree or 3–5 years of industry experience.
• 75% travel required.
• In-depth knowledge of common sales concepts and processes.
• Team player with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage dealer network in the assigned territory by promoting growth and adding new dealers.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and provide summaries and recommendations.
• Provide feedback on market trends and projections to support strategy.
• Collaborate with management to increase customer share and profitability.
• Utilize programs to grow attachment and parts sales and develop a regional marketing plan.
