IronCraft is seeking a Territory Manager to cover CT, MA, MD, ME, NH, NY, NJ and VT. You will manage dealers, drive growth, and provide market insights to shape regional strategy. Extensive travel (75%) and strong sales acumen are required to expand our dealership network and profitability.

The role emphasizes planning, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and operations teams to deliver sustained regional success.

Qualifikationen

• May require an associate degree in a related area and/or 3-5 years of industry experience.
• 75% on the road travel.
• Deep knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship building.
• Excellent planning, project management and problem-resolution skills; strong communication.

Aufgaben

• Manage dealer network in assigned territory by promoting growth with existing dealers and securing new dealers.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and provide analyses and summaries to sales/operations.
• Provide feedback on market trends and projections to inform strategy.
• Work with management to increase customer share and profitability.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing plan to grow sales.
