Job summary

CONSTRUCTION IMPLEMENTS DEPOT, INC. is seeking a Territory Manager to cover CT, MA, MD, ME, NH, NY, NJ, VT. The role focuses on selling skid steer attachments and three-point tractor implements, plus parts and service support for dealers across the region.

The candidate will manage existing accounts, prospect for new dealers, and foster long-term relationships to build a robust dealer network while traveling up to 75% of the time to drive sales growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related area and/or 3-5 years of industry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage dealer network in assigned territory by promoting growth with existing dealers and securing new dealers.
• Conduct market research to quantify growth opportunities and provide summaries, recommendations, trends, etc. to sales and operations staff.
• Provide feedback on market trends and projections.
• Work with management to increase customer share and profitability.
• Utilize programs to increase attachment and parts sales.
• Develop a comprehensive regional marketing plan for the region.
