Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a dynamic New England Bridge Leader to drive business development and manage bridge projects across the Northeast United States. You will lead and mentor project teams, oversee budgets and schedules, and expand our bridge engineering capabilities with DOT clients in the region.

The role requires a civil engineering degree, 12+ years of bridge experience, and a PE license in the New England states. MicroStation, InRoads, and OpenRoads experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• 12+ years of bridge engineering experience.
• PE License in a New England state (or through reciprocity).
• Prior experience working directly with DOT in the New England states.
• Proficiency reading/writing English for job communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge engineering project teams.
• Manage project budgets and schedules.
• Mentor bridge engineering staff.
• Assist engineers in design decision-making and provide technical guidance.
• Manage projects from scope to delivery and ensure quality control.
• Pursue and acquire project opportunities with New England clients; prepare proposals with technical approach and pricing; manage client relationships.
