Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a dynamic New England Bridge Leader to spearhead our regional bridge initiatives and strengthen client relationships across the Northeast. Drive business development, manage project pipelines, and guide project delivery for a diverse portfolio, including DOT projects.

You will mentor bridge engineers, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate with a nationwide group of engineers to expand capabilities and regional impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• 12+ years of bridge engineering experience required.
• PE License in a New England state required (or through reciprocity).
• Prior experience working directly with DOT in the New England states.
• MicroStation, InRoads, and OpenRoads experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for job communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge engineering project teams and oversee budgets and schedules.
• Manage project scope, schedule, technical design and delivery.
• Provide quality control and adherence to company procedures.
• Maintain proactive client communications and service delivery.
