Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a dynamic New England Bridge Leader to drive business development and manage bridge projects across the Northeast. This role involves leading engineering teams, managing budgets and schedules, and expanding our bridge capabilities with multiple clients including DOTs in several New England states.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years in bridge engineering, a PE in New England, and hands-on experience with design tools such as MicroStation, InRoads, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• 12+ years of bridge engineering experience required.
• PE license in a New England state or through reciprocity required.
• Prior DOT experience in New England states preferred.
• Experience with MicroStation, InRoads and OpenRoads is a plus.
• Fluent reading/writing of English for communications.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and oversight of Bridge engineering project teams.
• Management of project budgets and schedules.
• Mentorship of Bridge engineering staff.
• Project management including scope, schedule, design, and delivery.
• Client communications and service throughout projects.
