Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• 12+ years of bridge engineering experience
• PE license in a New England state or through reciprocity
• Experience working with DOT in New England states

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee bridge engineering project teams and budgets.
• Manage schedules, deliverables, and quality control.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and secure new bridge projects.
• Prepare proposals including technical approach and pricing.
• Represent the firm in industry events and cross-sell services.
