Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design seeks a dynamic New England Bridge Leader to drive business development, manage bridge project portfolios, and expand our capabilities across the Northeast.

The role requires a PE license in New England, 12+ years of bridge experience, and a proven track record with DOT clients. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with a national team to deliver high-quality bridge projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• 12+ years of bridge engineering experience required.
• PE License in a New England state required (or through reciprocity).
• Prior experience working directly with DOT in the New England states.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge engineering project teams and oversee budgets/schedules.
• Mentor bridge engineering staff and ensure quality control.
• Manage client communications and pursue NE project opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and pricing for bridge projects.
• Represent the firm at industry events and cross-sell services.
