Ascend Learning is seeking an Associate Account Manager for the Northeast region. This client-facing role focuses on managing major ATI accounts, identifying upsell opportunities, and delivering insights to drive revenue growth. You will support multiple territories with strong CRM discipline and cross-functional collaboration.

The role offers remote flexibility within the Northeast and requires travel to client sites and events as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales account management experience within industry.
• Professional presence and business acumen.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities for sales data interpretation and trends.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Aid Account Managers in identifying new business and upsell opportunities, addressing client challenges with ATI solutions.
• Support Solutions Executives in outreach to boost ATI awareness and generate leads.
• Assist with territory management, pipeline development, and cross-selling referrals.
• Pull data to assist with business reviews.
• Conduct live sales demos of ATI products and bundles.
• Provide backup support for district vacancies to foster new prospects and manage accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen go-to-market strategies and client support.
• Maintain CRM records and generate precise sales forecasts.
