Job summary

KSB US is seeking an Aftermarket Regional Manager for the Northeast, responsible for aftermarket sales of shop service/rebuilds, parts, retrofit and field service within the Northeast US territory. The role offers independence and involvement in all aftermarket aspects of pump sales.

Location is within the Northeast territory (Maine to New York). Key duties include managing quotations, promoting value-added services, heavy travel, proposal follow-through, CRM updates, and monthly/weekly

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in equipment repair, maintenance and selling related products.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with rotating equipment background.
• Experience in Power, Chemical, General Industrial or Petroleum sectors.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Internet usage.
• Willingness to travel 75–80% within Northeast territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage quotations and sales to customers; promote value-added services and products.
• Travel 75-80% within the Northeast territory.
• Bring in inquiries and follow the proposal process to ensure competitiveness and timeliness.
• Pass leads for new equipment or other sales territory opportunities.
• Coordinate PowerPoint presentations and site/factory tours as necessary.
• Review and improve sales materials (literature and website).
• Daily CRM follow-up from inquiry to closure with requested data.
