Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking a field sales leader to grow our Labor, Union, and Employer partnerships nationwide. In this role you will travel regionally, host educational meetings, and connect employees and their families to Charlie Health’s intensive outpatient programming.

You will educate stakeholders, build referral pathways, and collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to achieve go-to-market goals.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years proven sales experience with KPIs.
• Experience selling to unions, employers, and EAPs.
• Must reside in Washington, Oregon, or Alaska.
• Willing to travel regionally and have reliable transportation.
• Strong ability to educate and persuade senior corporate leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for Labor, Union, and Employer partners.
• Build relationships with HR, benefits managers, and EAP stakeholders.
• Conduct outreach meetings and educate stakeholders about Charlie Health’s services.
• Lead field outreach 3–4 days/week.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to achieve go-to-market goals.
