Job summary

Fertility Specialists Network seeks a Business Development Manager to drive referral growth and expand the IVFMD Texas presence across Dallas–Fort Worth. You will blend strategic planning, field outreach, physician relations, territory development, and local marketing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, healthcare sales, physician relations, field marketing, medical device/pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare-related marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop, and grow professional relationships rather than solely maintain established accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills engaging physicians, administrators, executives, and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive referral growth and territory management across IVFMD Texas locations.
• Maintain field presence through in-person visits, events, and community engagement.
