Supporting all four IVFMD Texas locations—Arlington, Irving, Dallas, and Frisco—this individual will be responsible for developing a strategic approach to a large and diverse referral market while identifying opportunities specific to each clinic and physician.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this individual will be expected to identify opportunities, build meaningful relationships, execute consistently, and develop a sophisticated understanding of the North Texas healthcare landscape. Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong business acumen, exceptional organization, consistent field activity, and the ability to turn relationships and market insights into measurable referral and patient-volume growth.

- Strengthen existing referral relationships while consistently identifying, prospecting, and activating new referral sources.
- Identify referral gaps, competitive opportunities, and underserved areas within the market and develop targeted outreach strategies to address them.
Field Outreach & Physician Engagement
- Maintain a consistent and highly visible presence in the field through in-person office visits, physician lunches, educational meetings, networking opportunities, and community engagement.
- Develop meaningful relationships with physicians as well as referral-office administrators, nurses, referral coordinators, and other key decision-makers.
- Coordinate opportunities for IVFMD Texas physicians to meet and build relationships directly with referring providers.

- Identify creative opportunities to increase IVFMD Texas visibility and differentiate the practice within the highly competitive Dallas-Fort Worth fertility market.
- Support strategic initiatives surrounding new physicians, new locations, service-line growth, and other practice expansion efforts.
- Partner closely with FSN marketing leadership to ensure local initiatives align with broader brand, marketing, and growth strategies.
- Own local execution and follow-through for business development events, including invitation strategy, outreach, attendance development, relationship follow-up, and measurement of results.
Public Relations & Physician Visibility
- Identify opportunities to elevate IVFMD Texas physicians through local media, podcasts, grand rounds, speaking engagements, professional organizations, hospital relationships, educational events, and community partnerships.
- Develop relationships with relevant medical societies, hospital systems, healthcare organizations, employers, and community partners that can expand physician visibility and referral opportunities.

- Partner with FSN marketing and clinical teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong representation of the IVFMD Texas brand.
Data, Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain organized and accurate reporting systems to track field activity, referral growth, account development, physician engagement, and market opportunities.

- Develop and maintain territory plans with clear goals, target accounts, priorities, next steps, and measurable outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activity and account development within designated CRM and reporting platforms.
- Use data and business insights to continuously refine territory strategy and prioritize activities with the greatest potential impact.
- Provide regular updates to FSN leadership regarding progress, opportunities, competitive intelligence, barriers, and referral-development performance.
- Collaborate closely with IVFMD Texas physicians, clinic leadership, staff, and the FSN marketing team to support growth initiatives and physician visibility.
- Identify patient and provider questions, competitive activity, market trends, and referral barriers from the field that can inform marketing campaigns and business strategy.
- Provide the FSN marketing team with insights and opportunities for educational, physician-led, behind-the-scenes, and thought-leadership content.
- Serve as the local eyes and ears of the FSN marketing and growth team, proactively communicating changes within the North Texas fertility and healthcare landscape.
