Zusammenfassung

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Division Operations Manager for the South Central Market, based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. You will partner with practice leadership to optimize staffing, financial performance, and growth across assigned practices.

In this role you will lead onboarding, coordinate with physicians and hospital administrators, and drive pro forma budgeting, contract tracking, and regional improvements in collaboration with ambulatory, development and marketing teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years' experience in financial management and analysis including development of pro forma, contracting, business development, and physician relations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and accountability and emotional intelligence.

Aufgaben

• Support staffing management for clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Attend meetings with physicians, practices, and hospital admins.
• Assist in contracting projects, renewals and tracking.
• Assist in onboarding physicians and key staff for seamless integration.
• Collaborate with Ambulatory, Business Development and Marketing for regional insights.
• Assist in monthly financial reviews and profitability analysis.
• Coordinate pro forma processes and budgeting data with the Director of Operations.
• Support integration team on progress communications.
