Job summary

Datamax Texas is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers across the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The role focuses on executing sales strategy, coaching field teams, and driving revenue growth while upholding Datamax's service standards.

You will coach up to six Account Managers, guide complex opportunities, and partner with cross-functional groups to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading high-performing B2B sales teams.
• Experience in business development and territory management.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership capabilities.
• Experience forecasting and CRM management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Account Managers toward sales targets.
• Provide field coaching via customer visits and joint calls.
• Drive new business development across the Dallas-Fort Worth territory.
• Monitor pipeline, forecast accuracy, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
