Job summary
Tulsa City-County Library (TCCL) seeks a visionary North Regional Library Manager for Rudisill Regional Library, a new 33,000 sq ft destination opening Fall 2026 in Tulsa's Greenwood District. Lead strategic operations, services, partnerships, and staff to reflect our mission and community needs.
The role requires MLIS and 10+ years of progressive library leadership, with a focus on customer experience, budgeting, and change management.
Qualifications
- MLIS degree and ten+ years of progressive leadership in a large public library system.
- Proven ability to manage branch operations, staff development, and community partnerships.
- Strong analytical, budgeting, and performance metrics knowledge.
- Experience leading change and driving customer-focused service.
- Knowledge of public library collection development and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Lead operations for the Rudisill Regional Library, including customer experience and programs.
- Develop partnerships and innovative services responsive to community needs.
- Oversee budgeting, facilities, and venue operations.
- Manage and develop staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Support change management and continuous improvement.
