Tulsa City-County Library in Tulsa is seeking a visionary North Regional Library Manager to oversee the Rudisill Regional Library opening Fall 2026. You will lead a district of library locations and set the long-term strategy for community learning and engagement.

The role requires MLIS and 10+ years of progressive public library leadership, strong analytical and change-management skills, and a commitment to inclusive service and innovation.

Formación

• MLIS required; 10+ years of progressive library leadership experience in a large system.
• Ability to lead multiple library branches and manage change.
• Strong analytical skills and performance metrics knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for all branch operations including customer experience, community engagement, programming, collections and facilities.
• Oversee budgeting, hospitality/venue operations, and staff development across the Rudisill region and network of branches.
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment while guiding transformation and maintaining high service standards.
