FreshPoint Southern California, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking an outside sales professional to promote our foodservice offerings and build strong account relationships across Orange County.

This role focuses on developing new business and growing existing accounts with a base salary plus bonus, requiring travel to client sites. The position offers training, career pathing, and a comprehensive benefits package, including stock purchase and 401(k) matching.

Formación

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of sales and/or chef/restaurant management experience.
• 1 year outside foodservice sales experience preferred.
• Restaurant management / chef experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Seek and qualify prospects following account stratification goals.
• Research customer needs and develop a mix of products and services to meet them.
• Evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers.
• Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales; share information with customers as part of value-added services.
• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product use.
• Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts, conventions, company meetings, etc.
• Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary, working with the credit department and client.
• Manage deliveries to the routing schedule; troubleshoot order issues.
• Participate in company functions, promotions, customer visits, and events.
• Attend and participate in sales/district meetings and ongoing training.
• Review and analyze reports such as sales/gross profit data; prepare quotes and budgets.
