SpaceX in Washington, DC seeks a Government Affairs Manager to advance state government relations across the North/Mid-Atlantic region. You will drive policy, build relationships with local leaders, and support SpaceX initiatives across facilities.

This role requires on-site presence and periodic travel to support critical timelines. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in public affairs with proven outcomes, strong communication, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in public or government affairs including state/local policy and advocacy.
• Strong network with North/Mid-Atlantic state and local government officials.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven track record of measurable outcomes through political or community engagement.
• Ability to travel and attend events onsite.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engagement with state and local leaders to support SpaceX priorities across the region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local government officials, lawmakers, and regulatory decision-makers.
• Monitor and analyze local and regional policy developments.
• Perform research, develop policy and collateral materials.
• Support the Director of Government Affairs with statewide government relations priorities.
