SpaceX seeks a State and Local Government Affairs Manager (North/Mid-Atlantic) to advance state government relations across the North and Mid-Atlantic region. You will drive legislative strategy, stakeholder engagement, and policy support for SpaceX and SpaceXSI, enabling rapid advancement of spaceflight initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in public or government affairs
• Experience with state and local policy, advocacy, and/or legislative navigation and crisis/issue management

Responsabilidades

• Lead engagement with state and local leaders across the designated region to support core the company and SpaceXSI priorities
• Develop, maintain, and build-upon a network of relationships with local government officials, lawmakers, and regulatory decision-makers
• Monitor and analyze local and regional policy developments
• Perform research as needed, develop policy and collateral materials
• Support the Director of Government Affairs with statewide government relations priorities as needed
