Job summary

True North Restoration in North Dallas is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to build a new market across McKinney, Frisco, Prosper and North DFW. This field-based role focuses on creating referral partnerships, meeting decision-makers, and establishing a trusted local presence.

You’ll prospect, walk into businesses, develop relationships with plumbers, HVACs, insurers, and property managers, and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect and develop new business.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Experience using CRM to manage contacts and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new referral partners and potential clients in North DFW.
• Walk into businesses to introduce True North Restoration.
• Develop relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, plumbers, HVAC companies, and contractors.
• Build and manage a pipeline of commercial opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with leadership on growth opportunities and market presence.
