Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Physics, Electronics or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive sales experience in semiconductor, RF or wireless industries.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and closing high-value deals.
• Experience selling 5G/6G mmWave and Satcom devices.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and expand North American accounts for semiconductors and wireless ICs.
• Develop regional sales strategies and identify new customers and markets.
• Build and manage North American sales pipeline to secure orders.
• Maintain relationships with strategic accounts, distributors, and partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotes, pricing and proposals.
• Provide market intel and feedback to Wireless BU and senior stakeholders.
• Represent the company at conferences and events to generate leads.
