Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute window display activations from concept to installation and breakdown.
• Develop timelines, budgets, production plans, and project trackers.
• Manage multiple projects across locations with competing deadlines and resources.
• Collaborate with Director of Windows and international teams on priorities and scope.
• Interpret drawings and specs to create actionable production and installation plans.
• Monitor progress, address delays, and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including POs, bids, and vendor info.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to visual standards across sites.
