Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to plan and implement directives for boutiques and outlets across North America. You will support store teams, adapt global brand standards locally, and manage VM materials and logistics.

The role requires collaboration with HQ, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel for updates and openings. Prior luxury retail VM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion or related field.
• 2–3 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to travel and work flexible hours.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rollout of visual merchandising guidelines for North American stores.
• Support store teams with window displays, in-store layouts, and seasonal updates.
• Monitor compliance through audits and photo reviews and prepare reports on store visual quality.
• Liaise with HQ VM team to localize global directives and assist with special projects, events, and new store openings.
• Manage logistics for VM materials including shipping, tracking, and inventory control.
