Prada seeks a Senior Manager for Windows, Displays & Pop-Ups to lead the rollout of windows, displays, pop-ups, and activations across the US and Canada, ensuring brand integrity. Qualifications

  • 7+ years of vendor management experience in visual experience and/or store planning in the retail industry.
  • Familiarity with CAD, SketchUp, or equivalent design software preferred.
  • Must know how to read architectural and shop drawings.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in retail or visual merchandising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed for project installations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize strong project management skills to effectively plan, organize, and execute window, pop-up, and specialty display programs and installations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track
  • Employ project management methodologies to streamline processes and optimize efficiency
  • Apply business analytical skills to analyze bid packages, assess vendor performance, and evaluate project outcomes
  • Collaborate with Finance and other departments to develop and manage project budgets
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements, and contribute to strategic planning discussions with Headquarters
  • Leverage technical expertise, including proficiency with CAD software and technical drawings, to oversee the production and installation of windows, pop-ups, and displays
  • Collaborate with the HQ Design teams to translate creative concepts into technical specifications
  • Ensure that all technical specifications are met and that installations adhere to company standards and guidelines. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in design and production processes.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment across departments, including Operations, Visual Merchandising, Retail, and Logistics
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the project life-cycle
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, provide regular updates on project status, and address any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative in driving projects forward, taking ownership of project deliverables and outcomes
  • Lead by example, inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver their best work
  • Effectively communicate project goals, expectations,s and timelines to all stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment
  • Embrace a continuous improvement mindset, seeking out opportunities to enhance processes, optimize resources, and drive operational excellence

Job Summary/Purposes

As the Senior Project Manager for Windows, Displays, and Pop-Ups, you will be an integral part of a team responsible for managing the rollout of windows, displays, pop-ups, and activations across the US and Canada, ensuring consistency and brand integrity. Additionally, you will provide crucial support to the New York area and surrounding regions. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering collaboration and alignment across various departments. Your role will also involve close coordination with external vendors, handling logistics, managing event timelines, and ensuring all resources are efficiently utilized to meet project goals.

Responsibilities

Compensation

This position will pay an annualized salary of $135,000 - $150,000 and, if applicable, may be eligible for bonuses and other incentive opportunities. The rate of pay offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
