24 Seven Talent is seeking a freelance Project Manager, Visual Merchandising to drive high-impact visual merchandising initiatives across retail environments. You will oversee planning, development, production, and execution of placements, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards.

This role covers domestic and international placements, coordinating with VM, Store Design, Product Marketing, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven freelance project management experience in retail/visual merchandising.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, budgets, and timelines.
• Strong cross-functional communication with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead seasonal visual merchandising updates and store-opening initiatives for shop-in-shop environments.
• Manage end-to-end operations and execution of secondary visual merchandising placements internationally and domestically.
• Coordinate fixtures, displays, launch pads, endcaps, and other in-store formats.
• Develop detailed project plans, production schedules, and milestone trackers.
