Job summary

Victorinox North America is seeking a hands-on Trade Marketing Manager to develop and execute trade marketing plans across the US and Canada. You will align with the Global marketing strategy for Swiss Army Knife, Kitchen Knife and Epicurean lines, focusing on profitable volume and sell-in/sell-through.

Deliverables include brand presentations, promotions, training materials, and Go-to-Market plans. You will collaborate with Product, Sales Planning, Finance, HQ, and other support functions to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of trade marketing experience.
• Ability to plan and manage at strategic and operational levels.
• Willingness to travel and to attend and conduct marketing presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on the North American trade marketing strategy.
• Drive category growth, sales performance and profitability.
• Partner with the sales team and be immersed in sales strategy.
• Understand shopper behavior and drive sell-through at retail.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Sales and other divisions.
• Oversee the trade marketing budget and allocate resources.
• Translate global persona to the North American market.
• Manage launches, promotions, merchandising, tools, and trainings.
