Job summary

Sunbelt Solomon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to identify, engage, and acquire top talent for roles across the United States and Canada. You will develop recruitment strategies, build talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting, partner with leaders to forecast needs, leverage UKG HRIS/ATS, and travel to support events and partnerships with colleges and technical schools across North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition/recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across the United States and Canada.
• Metrics-driven sourcing and candidate placement.
• Strong sourcing using multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, social networks).
• Network within industries across North America.
• Experience with colleges and technical schools for pipelines.
• Willingness to travel for recruiting initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• ATS/HRIS experience; UKG preferred.
• Immigration/work authorization knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process across the United States and Canada.
• Partner with hiring leaders to forecast talent needs and develop strategies.
• Utilize UKG HRIS/ATS to track requisitions and hiring activity.
• Work with leaders to ensure requisitions are submitted and reflected in the ATS.
• Develop and execute recruitment programs and talent pipelines across North America.
• Utilize sourcing methods: LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, social media, events.
• Proactively identify passive candidates and build pipelines for needs.
• Build relationships with hiring leaders as a trusted TA partner.
• Coach leaders on recruitment best practices and interview strategies.
• Travel as needed to recruiting events and school partnerships across NA.
