Job summary

Körber Supply Chain LLC is seeking a Manager Talent Acquisition for North America in Irving, TX. You will lead a distributed recruiting team, ensure top‑tier candidate experiences, and drive KPI‑driven hiring across engineering, software, and operations.

You will partner with business leaders, shape regional TA strategy, and report to the Global Head of Recruiting & Employer Branding. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on execution in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in North America.
• Proven leadership experience managing recruiting teams in the U.S. and/or Canada, in hybrid or remote setups.
• Strong track record hiring engineering, software, and industrial/supply chain talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a distributed team of Recruiters across North America.
• Drive hiring outcomes, time-to-fill, and candidate experience with KPIs.
• Own regional talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership roles.
• Educate stakeholders on labor market trends and compensation positioning.
• Partner with HRBP team and strengthen Körber’s employer brand in North America.
