Job summary

Körber Pharma Packaging AG in North America is seeking a Manager Talent Acquisition Supply Chain NAM to lead and scale recruiting across the U.S. and Canada, delivering high‑quality hiring outcomes in a competitive market for engineering, software, and operations roles.

You will mentor a distributed NA team, own the regional TA strategy, and partner with leaders to improve time-to-fill, candidate experience, and employer branding across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with NA market expertise.
• Proven leadership; manages recruiting teams in hybrid/remote setups in US/Canada.
• Strong track record hiring engineering, software, and operations talent in B2B.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a distributed NA recruiting team.
• Drive hiring outcomes, time-to-fill, and candidate experience.
• Define KPI-driven, regional TA strategy aligned with Supply Chain growth.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership roles.
• Collaborate with HRBP and external partners to strengthen employer brand in NA.
