Job summary

Chicago Pneumatic Tool Company LLC in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead North American service operations (USA & Canada) from a hybrid Rock Hill-based office. You will drive performance, coach leaders, and partner with functions to meet strategic goals across the region.

The role requires 7+ years in service/ops with strong leadership, English fluency, and willingness to travel. Travel up to 25–35% across the US/Canada is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 7+ years in service, operational, customer support, manufacturing, or leadership roles.
• Demonstrated leadership of managers, supervisors, or multi-site teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with operational performance, KPIs, budgets, resource planning, and process improvements.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in French or Spanish is advantageous.
